At 19, I began working alongside my uncle, a master plumber with thirty years of experience behind him. He taught me that a job done properly the first time saves everyone headaches later. That principle has stayed with me ever since.
Over the following years I took on increasingly complex projects across Istanbul — residential plumbing and waste systems for apartment blocks, commercial drainage installations, and full bathroom fits from scratch. By 2018 I was running my own small team, managing everything from the initial survey to the final sign-off. The experience taught me not just the technical side, but how to communicate honestly with customers and respect their homes.
Five years ago I made the move to London — a big decision, but the right one. The city has an incredible appetite for reliable, skilled tradespeople who actually show up on time and do what they say they will. I started small, taking on local plumbing and drainage jobs in North London, letting the quality of the work do the talking. Word spread quickly.
